Adetiba Grace The Launching Of Imode Community Central Mosque, Donates N100,000
In a bit to contribute to the development of the Muslim community in Oke-Ero, Kwara State House of Assembly Deputy Speaker, Hon. Raphael-Adetiba Olanrewaju Vanguard team has donated the sum of N100,000.
Adetiba made the donation on Saturday at the occasion of turban and launching ceremony of Imode Community Central Mosque in Oke-Ero, Kwara State.
The Deputy Speaker who was ably represented by Tunde Adewumi at the occasion said Jummat Mosque plays important role in the lives of Muslims in enhancing Daawah activities, recitation of the Qur’an, conducting congregational prayers and promoting Islamic values.
He further said, the Deputy Speaker congratulates Imode Community for the epoch event and encourages them to do more in propagating Islam according to the teachings of the Holy Prophet, SAW.
The Chief Imam of Imode Community Central Mosque also said the Deputy Speaker has practically demonstrated his magnanimity, and commended initiative of the Muslims who saw the need for a befitting Mosque to enable the Muslim community, both men and women in Imode undertake Friday congregational prayer in the Mosque.
