Hon. Owolabi Razaq Meets With APC Share Ward 3 And 4 in Babanloma (Photos)

The Honourable member representing Share/Oke-Ode constituency at the Kwara State House of Assembly, Hon. Owolabi Razaq has called on members of the All Progressive Congress (APC) and stakeholders in Share Ward 3 and 4 to work for peace, progress and unity of the party.

Hon. Owolabi made the called when he received members of the APC wards 3 and 4 on Sunday in Babanloma Community School, Babanloma Town in Ifelodun Local Government Area of Kwara State.

The honorable member, while speaking at the meeting called on the members of the party to be united and do away with any act that will hinder the current progress of the party.

"We are working tirelessly in building a structure that will outlive us and the only way to do this is to do away with our longtime grudges and fights by embracing peace and unity among one and another in our party."

He further stated that to him, there is nothing like faction in APC and he urged them to stand firm with the APC party and continue to support Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq's Government.

"To me Hon. Owolabi, I don't know
anything like faction in APC, we are all one, no one is fighting or planning to remove Hon. Bashir Omolaja Bolarinwa and I want to urged everyone of us here to bury any assumptions because there is no fight between anybody in APC."

He further stated his achievements so far which he refers to as just a tips of an ice drop and he further itemised his plans for Babanloma community and his constituency in general.

"My achievements so far is by God's grace and you all here sitting before me, because if you had not supported me when I needed you all I won't have been here today. I also want to use this opportunity to thank my speaker Rt Hon. Yakubu Danladi Salihu, for his unflinching support."

Hon. Owolabi however urges his constituents to continue to support the government of Kwara State and APC.

"All I want from you all is your continuous support for the Kwara State Government led by Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and our great party APC because we have no other party than APC and while we are doing this I can assure you that we can't be deprive of any benefit from the government and the party."

The Lawmaker also lauded the the great work of the Kwara State Government since its inception and he assured his constituents that Babanloma community won't be left out.

Earlier, Alhaji Abdullahi Turawa, Chairman, APC Ward 4, appreciated Hon. Owolabi Rasaq for his supports and he urged the stakeholders to continue to support the government, policies and programmes of the party.

He said that the support would move the party, Babanloma and Ifelodun to greater height at all levels.

“We are not here to create division or faction of any form but rather to ensure that peace and unity is the order of the day,” he said.
