We’re Happy About Buhari’s Decision To Seek Reelection – Kwara Campaign Support Groups

Members of the Muhammadu Buhari/Osinbajo Dynamic Support Group and Buhari Campaign Organisation in Kwara State, said they were excited with the decision of President Buhari to seek re-election in 2019.

Buhari had on Monday announced his intention to re-contest for the presidential seat in the forthcoming 2019 general elections. The president disclosed this at the meeting of the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the ruling party, All Progressives Congress, APC held in Abuja.

In a statement issued on Monday, the coordinator of the of Muhammadu Buhari/Osinbajo Dynamic Support Group, Kwara State chapter, Kayode Oyin-Zubair in said the President’s decision was a tonic to set the ball rolling in the State.

The statement reads: “All of us desirous of stabilising our democracy and admirers of progressive politics are left with no option than to queue behind President Muhammadu Buhari for the completion of the good work he started in 2015.

“The BCO (Buhari Campaign Organisation) and MBO Dynamic Support group in particular and others have resolved to take the message of the re-election of our dear President to every home in Kwara State.

“The commitment of President Buhari to build a strong nation free from cankerworms is never in doubt. Though the vehicle might be moving slowly, surely it will get to its destination safely. The slow pace of movement might not have been unconnected with the deliberate road blocks mounted by those who are used to the old order.

“The bane of our development can be traced to institutionalised corruption which can be found in every area of our national life.”

The Coordinator said the campaign will be conducted in a way that will allow for feedback from the electorates.
He however urged residents of the state that the return to office of President Buhari will bring more benefits to the state than ever.
