OPINION: The Fast Approaching Wet Season Beckons For Urgent Completion Of Alagbado Bridge By Giwa Muhydeen

The fast Approaching Wet Season Beckons for Urgent Completion of Alagbado Bridge/Covet that leads to Kwara State Sobi Specialist Hospital.

As a concerned Stakeholder of the community, I'm concerned about continual development of my immediate society. It is laudable to thank the Kwara State Government for looking into unforseen dilapidated Structure which occurred towards the last quarter of year, 2017.

However, the project which cost about 8million plus according to the State Government has been dragging its feet. The rainy season is prone to destroy the ongoing project which could triple fold its initial cost of implementations if not urgently completed.

Our inability to access the road that leads to Sobi hospital has continually cost us greatly and deprived us of great health benefits due to the lackadaisical attitude posed towards the ongoing project.

On behalf of the concerned Community, we urge the Kwara State Government and other stakeholders involved in this project to take a swift response on this project thereby creating a better chance of Saving our lives.
