1 Killed, 6 Injured As Crane Falls On Tricycle, Pedestrian In Kwara

One person was killed and six others injured when a crane fell off a truck on Monday around 7pm on Asa Dam Road in Ilorin, Kwara State.
Speaking with the press on Tuesday, the Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Mr Frederick Ade Ogidan, said, “The incident was as a result of speed violation by the yellow and black truck carrying a crane which fell on pedestrians and a commercial tricycle.
“One person (male) died in the accident while six others were injured, comprising five males and three females.”
