N-Power: How To Do Your Physical Verification & Download PPA Letter With Ease
Note that “Download of PPA Letter” is currently unavailable, simply check and take note of your place of deployment as you would also be directed to proceed for your physical verification with a stipulated address given on the same page.
In the course of Physical Verification which is reported to majorly take place in the Secretariat of each local government nationwide, the necessary documents to be presented are all the originals of documents you uploaded on the N-power portal and there photocopies with some extras, these include:
1. Means of identification (national i.d, voter’s card, driver’s license)
2. Birth certificate
3. Primary school testimonial/certificate
4. Secondary school certificate
5. Degree/ tertiary institution certificate
6. Citizenship/Local government area clearance
7. BVN printout (optional, depending on region)
8. 2 passport photographs
9. Printout of the first page on your dashboard
The Physical Verification is a thing that won’t take much time, depending on your region, coordination and population, but in some places it took less than 5 minutes and was carried out by NYSC officials according to sources, perhaps otherwise in other areas.
After the Physical Verification, candidates are to log in back to the NASIMS portal (nasims.gov.ng), check on the “Verification tab”, at the bottom of that page you see “Pass written", this means your Physical Verification was successful, then proceed to the “Deployment tab” to print your PPA letter with ease.
After printing your PPA letter, proceed to the Place of Primary Assignment where you’ve being posted to sign from the head of that organization. Then upload the signed PPA letter on the NASIMS portal as your “Acceptance letter”.
You are good to go as an N-power Batch C Stream 1 beneficiary. Date of duty commencement would be based on your PPA.
