Kwara First Lady Distributes Sanitary Products

The First Lady of Kwara State and the Founder of Ajike People Support Center, Ambassador Dr. Olufolake Abdulrazaq in commemoration of the 2021 International Menstrual Hygiene Day has distributed sanitary products to female students of Bishop Smith Memorial College, Ilorin, women groups and voluntary organizations in the State.

The sanitary towels are product support from Procter and Gamble to the Nigerian Governors Wives Forum to commemorate this year’s International Menstrual Hygiene Day.

The first lady thanked Procter and Gamble for this gesture while she called on other such organizations to emulate Procter and Gamble in promoting the welfare of Women and girls in Nigeria.

Dr. Abdulrazaq also commended the Nigerian Governors Wives against Gender Based Violence for making the development and wellbeing of women and girls their core concern.
