Inauguration: Kwara PDP Congratulates GRS, Lai Mohammed, Urges Them To Emulate Saraki

The Kwara State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic, PDP, has congratulated the newly inaugurated ministers from the State - Senator Gbemisola Saraki and Alhaji Lai Mohammed.

In a statement by its State Chairman, Hon. (Engr) Kola Shittu, the party urged the new ministers to make their presence in the Federal Executive Council (FEC) be felt by offering quality and selfless service to the people of Nigeria, noting that this "is the only way they can make Kwara proud."

The statement also enjoined them to emulate immediate past Senate President, Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki by taking advantage of their new positions and goodwill to facilitate more development to Kwara State.

The Kwara PDP notes that while in office, Saraki meritoriously served his constituents and used his influence to attract meaningful developments not only to his constituency but other parts of Kwara, just as he also facilitated numerous job opportunities for people of the State.

"It is, therefore, our hope that the new ministers will emulate Saraki and do more for the people of Kwara State.

"We once again felicitate with Senator Gbemisola Saraki and Alhaji Lai Mohammed on their inauguration as ministers of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and wish them all the best in their new assignments."
