Confusion As Governor AbdulRazaq Makes Supprise Visit To Kwara State Secretariat

Confusion engulfed the Kwara state civil service as the Kwara state governor Alhaji AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq early hours of today paid a surprise visit to the state Secretariat.

AbdulRahman who arrives the State Secretariat around 7:55am was shocked to meets all offices  locked and workers yet to resume for their duties.
