KWASU Scholar Wins MIM Award

A Senior Lecturer and Head, Department of Public Health, Kwara State University (KWASU), Malete, Dr. Oluwasogo Olalubi, has been selected as one of the recipients of the prestigious Joint ExxonMobil and Global Health Innovative Technology Travel Award Grants as delegate to the 7th MIM Pan African Multilateral Initiative on Malaria Conference (MIM) 2018.

Already, Olalubi’s abstract submission on “Risk-Based Assessment and Mapping of Malaria Distribution in Rural Kwara State, Nigeria,” has been accepted as a poster presentation at the MIM 2018 Conference, scheduled to be held at Abdou Diouf International Conference Centre, Diamniadio, Dakar, Senegal, from 15th to 20th April, 2018.

The Vice-Chancellor, Professor AbdulRasheed Na’Allah, congratulated the awardee on the feat and wished him a successful outing.
